Baked Crab Dip

Makes 8 to 10 Servings

Ingredients
  • One 8oz package cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream OR plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • pinch onion salt
  • 1 cup crabmeat
  • few drops vegtable oil, for consistency
  • cheddar cheese, grated, for topping
Directions

In an ovenproof dish, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt. Fold in crabmeat. Add few drops of milk, stir until creamy. Stir in cheese to taste and sprinkle some cheese over top. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
